Who Discovered Scalar Waves?

A Scotsman named James Clerk Maxwell discovered Scalar Waves in the mid 1800's. He was a mathematical genius and his work led to the development of quantum physics which later led to Einstein’s Relativity. Nichola Tesla and Albert Einstein both recognized the profound abilities of using Scalar Wave Energy.
Scalar Waves increase the energy covalent level of every single hydrogen atom in the body as verified by spectrograph. This is significant in that hydrogen bonds are what hold DNA together.
